Gymnastics Levels Offered:

Copper

An introductory, preparatory tier focusing on teaching very basic skills, minimal routine requirements, and foundational coordination to first-time competitors

Bronze

Entry-level division for beginners; introduces basic routines and fundamental skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor with a minimum age requirement of a 5th birthday.

Silver

Builds on Bronze basics with slightly more advanced tumbling and dance requirements; open to gymnasts age 6 and older.

Gold

Intermediate division requiring a minimum age of 7; features increased flexibility and medium-difficulty skills (like handspring vaults or back handsprings on floor).

Platinum

Advanced division requiring an 8th birthday minimum and prior score mobility; routines incorporate higher-level optional skills and stricter execution criteria.

Diamond

High-level competitive division for experienced gymnasts with a minimum age of 9; demands complex tumbling passes, strong bar elements, and precise leap angles

Power Tumbling Levels Offered:

Sub-Beginner & Beginner

Focuses entirely on floor basics (rolls, cartwheels, and handstands) without complex aerial flips.

Adv Beginner & Sub-Nov

Introduces limbering skills, bridge kickovers, walkovers, and foundational round-offs.

Novice & Intermediate

Introduces introductory power aerials, including the athlete's first back handsprings or basic front flips.

Sub-Adv, Advanced, & Elite

The upper tiers where athletes execute rapid, consecutive back handsprings feeding into complex twisting, layout, and double-flipping exits
